Packing today for a visit to Tignes tomorrow
Weather forecast is hilarious !!
Sunny Monday morning then snow ! Which will be rain at resort level but up high on the glacier - snow.
Could be very interesting conditions. Fair bit still open, links and runs back to resort, and I WILL have a great time.

Thank you Snowcrazy for all the reports from Paradiski and other places.
I have found a great deal of pleasure in reading them all season and, even though I haven't been to Les Arcs for a number of years, it has brought back fond memories as you have talked of skiing in various places and the ever changing snow and piste conditions as the season has progressed.
Thanks again.

Have a good time :D

You're still out "there" aren't you?
Enjoying the end of season ....
Well, while everyone else is thinking about or even booking next seasons trips in 5 days I'll know just how much (or little) snow is left in Tignes.
It is melting fast, but they have started to open the summer lifts on the glacier, which opens up quite a bit more terrain.
With a bit of luck the runs back to the resort will be open and I do hope that the nursery slope is still skiable as that will save quite a bit of walking for me
Got the sunscrean ready.

You just can't beat North Norfolk

That's why I'm leaving home - too many foreigners on holiday

Sand doesn't come off as easily as snow when you fall.
