As a small forum I believe new members receive a pretty good welcome in comparison to elsewhere ie. TGR.

Yes I thought we were a friendly bunch with a bit of harmless banter and fun. I have had some really useful information from here.

I work for Boots the chemist and all our xmas stock including store decorations have to be out by next week.........crazy
Has any-one found any-thing in TK Max yet. We have three fairly close to us but none of them have any-thing in yet.
Several years ago at the end of a long day at work, a gent came into the pharmacy, with his dog. He gave me his prescription and It was something I would have to order for him. So I went to tell him and he pointed down to his dog. Without thinking I bent down to tell his dog, I got half way through the conversation with the dog, and thought how the hell is the dog going to tell him this. He was just pointing to the sign on the dog, saying that he was a Hearing dog, and the man was completely deaf. How stupid did I feel.
I have a problem, I have an addiction. I am addicted to Batchelors cup a soup extra, minestrone and pasta. I have had two a day for the last five years, I even take some on holiday with me. My local tesco, sainsburys, asda have all stopped stocking them. Help I am desperate, if any-one sees them let us know who is stocking them.

if it pickles your feet can you salt them, cut them off and put them in a jar?

No its a very dilute solution that you soak your feet in for a little while, then wash it off. It does not leave a smell it just stuns the sweat glands into not working. Its prescribed quite a lot.

isn't that a bad thing? sweat is good surely? it's why we evolved the mechanism.

Normal sweating is good thats what our bodies are supposed to do but there is a recognised condition called hyperhidrosis, where some people have soaking wet feet, hands or pits and they become really upset about it. If you were unlucky enough to have all three you would not be able to treat all parts or else it would interfere with the bodies sweating mechanism.
