came close to disappointment

Several years ago any-one who had a hernia op were advised not to even drive a car for 6 weeks after, not sure if thats the same now. I am with the others, postpone for a while. Its not worth the risk and there could be trouble with travel insurance because of an existing injury so to speak.

Hi Knapdog, as usual when some-one asks your question I will always say Seefeld/Austria. Its got a bit of every-thing and excellent ski schools as well. Crystal and Inghams are the main To's and they do all the learn to ski packages.

She will love it. We did one a couple of weeks ago, 3hrs long it was cold but wonderful. They are so strong.

If you take apple cider vinegar with Kelp and vit B6 your metabolism works faster thus burning more calories and storing less fat. Its use years ago was as a digestive tonic.
