If you want to keep it simple, I would alternate a short strength workout, with a little aerobic exercise every other day. Squats (with a little weight added), push ups, and sit ups one day, and a jog, or bike ride the next day. Shouldn't take more than 15 minutes a day, but would make a difference in two weeks. Eat a little protein after each exercise, to help put on some muscle.

Carefully go through a stretching regime after exercise as well.

A reminder on safe stretching

Feel for the stretch, NEVER feel for any pain
Never bounce the stretch
Breath, don't hold your breath
Hold the stretch for 10 to 20 seconds
Again, if it hurts, or you start to feel a muscle spasm, stop

Now I have take some of my own medicine

Ian Wickham wrote:Hate coffee !!!!!, I'm not talking instant rubbish I can't stand that stuff, I need to take you two out to a nice coffee bar

I'm a tea girl at heart. When I say I hate coffee, its more that I have to be in the mood for coffee (which is rare), and someone else has to make it. Cappucinos are the best Ive had so far, in fact the best coffee I had was at a little cafe in Christchurch in Dorset.

Good question, I've been looking for something different to read, like Bandit said, DM ski mag seems to be full of ads but its the only one I have ever bought.

Time for something else me thinks....

Look on the bright side if your face freezes it could be just like a face lift and you could look ten years younger and never need makeup again. In fact I might go there and try that could do with a little work!

On the contrary, if your face freezes, you will rupture tiny blood capilliaries near to the surface of the skin. Your face will permanently look red and blotchy and you will then need either, laser resurfacing, or to wear a lot of concealer to even up the skin tone.

I don't like the sound of that.

I have absolutley no advice to give you Rose, I never wear foundation. In fact I rarely wear make-up, only to go to work and NEVER when I ski. :-)
