Snow report 20th March 2011 for Montgenevre
It snowed for 5 days from Saturday 12th March until Thursday Morning 17th. Another good foot of snow. Great conditions on slopes, some of the best of the season. Off-piste is very heavy and avalanche risk is high. More snow than ever this season and apparently enough to see us through until 1st May. |

We've got fresh snow in Montgenevre. It's coming in from the east and hitting the Milky Way hard.

A 20m2 box will cost Euro 120K minimum. Rent from that around 4k per annum. Take off mortgage interest, agency fees, local taxes, building maintenance charges etc. You then have an overpriced shoe-box bringing in nothing.

Snow Report 2nd March 2011 for Montgenevre
Fresh snow again yesterday, a good 20cm! We also had a fabulous dump of snow on the 14th and 15th of February. Anything snowed out by the half-termers is back. Daytime temperatures are still quite warm but nights are cold. |
