Yep, my philosophy when I was a Pub Landlord, was why go for a six-pack when I could get the whole barrel effect :wink: Most people don't realise the pain I went through to get it either, a dang site more than those nimby fitness geeks who never drink :) |

I would not worry too much AllyG, I come in at a hefty 112 kilos (17 1/2 stone) so not too sure they can get much bigger :shock: |

Only six more sleeps for me now :lol: looking forward to it more than I ever seem to remember from past seasons. Just got all the essential gear out of the wardrobe and ensured that the Xmas pudding I'm still trying to finish off has not finally caused too big a circumference for my pants to go round :shock: Happy to say, that after 10 years of use, they still fit :twisted: Busy week for me next week, will be away on a training course for work on Tues and Weds, then Thurs is my last work day before the trip, so hopefully the week will fly by. |
