The lifts still look to be down as the central area of Tignes is empty. I would still rather be there then sat at my desk right now.

Well I left Friday to webcams showing cloud and the promise of snow. I have returned to work today and looked and by god I wish I was there right now. Plus to top it off I moved down south 4 months ago for work and its snowing back in my beloved Yorkshire now ? wish I was there.

I'll have to dream for another 2 years until the youngest is at Uni & and I won't have Easter off that year so won't feel obliged to take daughter's and others!

Andy how the hell did you get stumped for paying for boyfriends

That cloud over the Grande Motte is looking pretty promising at the moment ?

Could this be the start of what we are all waiting for??

Ski or motorbike gloves

I have a set of Burton mitts, think they cost me £40-£50 but by god they are good. Really warm and they have a zip on the back which can be opened as an air vent for hot days or you can insert hand warmers for cold ones. Plus they came with stretch inner gloves which stop the mitt from smelling of sweat and make it loads easier to do things like adjusting the volume on your ipod or taking a sweet out of your pocket whilst on the lift ;)

They have been used loads over the last few years and the only thing wrong with them is a small ice burn.
