One of half a dozen settlements running in to one another under the collective title Valzoldana. Four are lift linked in to the Civretta Mountain circuit taking in Alleghe and Selva di Cadore. All are on the Dolomiti Superski Pass.

Zoldo Alto

The Italian ski resort of Zoldo Alto is part of the Dolomiti Superski Area with access to 668 individual pistes. In addition to the skiing in Zoldo Alto itself (16 pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Dolomiti Superski ski resorts of Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm, Alta Badia, Alta Pusteria, Arabba, Bruneck-Kronplatz, Cortina d`Ampezzo, Corvara, Marmolada, Obereggen, Predazzo, San Martino di Castrozza, San Vito di Cadore, Val Gardena, Val di Fassa, Val di Fiemme and Valle Isarco.

With skiing above 2000 metres, snow cover is generally reliable.

There are two airports within two hours drive, so ski weekends, snowboard breaks and short ski holidays to Zoldo Alto are perfectly feasible.
