SHOCK! HORROR! Have just realised that I have a tennis club coaching meeting tonight, at 7.00pm. Woe is me.

Just bought all the necessary ingredients to make a Tartiflette...We will be in Alpine mode by 6pm!
Take Life With A Pinch Of Salt... A Wedge Of Lime, & A Shot Of Tequila :-)

The Tyrol Gröstl is a traditional food which contains potatoes and pieces of cut pork browned lightly together with chopped onion and butter in a frying pan. It is spiced with abundant marjoram, plus salt, pepper, caraway and parsley. Gröstl is often served with fried egg and herbs, sheet or rohnensalat (beetroot).

Watch one on the TV and the other via live streaming on your PC. The quality of the BBC online streaming is very good.
I had three events all going online last night and no buffering, stutters etc.

a very runny egg or two on top is essential :mrgreen:

Had a superb tartiflette in VDI a couple of weeks ago and could just fancy one now - recipe thread anyone? :mrgreen:
