Just back from a couple of days skiing in Kaprun - quite a shock to see all the other mountains pretty well completely green on Wednesday.

BUT by the time it came to drive back to Munich on Friday it was obvious that most places I went through had got the snow cannons on laying down the base as disjointed white trails were starting to appear snaking downhill at various places.

Fingers crossed the real stuff finally arrives this weekend to help them along.
