Tony_H, there are two tk's in Norwich and they are both very poor, I must say because of the Norwich experience I have not visited any other stores so am unaware of the general UK standard.

Try La Thuile, I had a short break there a couple of years ago in March, much easier to book 3/4 days in the hotels and chalets. Although snow can be thin in resort but great higher up links in to La Rosiere, night life is very quite.

I skied Andorra a couple of times and it was great,I think there has been some harsh comments on this one,but then again I know naff all about snowboarding.

I been there a couple of times links in to the Grand Massive which takes in not only Flaine but Morillion & Samoens, I really enjoyed the place but we did have fantastic snow powder every day.
Great place plenty of skiing and I would certainly go back. |

And that is my whole point , I would just like to know the speed I ski. I don't think I ski anywhere near to 50 mph,
but I would just like to know. My Birthdays coming up and I've been collecting brownie points for the last few weeks if I ask the trouble and strife nicely I might just get my wish. |
