But the salary is only a small part of the package. How much is the accommodation, food, travel, passes worth on top? Not to mention the experience.
If it was slave labour you wouldn't have hundreds of youngsters queuing up to do it year after year. Many of them returning for a second or third season. |

We were in La Plagne in March and the conditions were terrible. So many south facing slopes, slush by mid-morning.
Only decent snow we found all week was top third of Aiguille Rouge across in Les Arcs. Last season was just one of those rubbish seasons. We were due one. |

Our last 3V holiday in 2013 cost £720 pp, including flights, catered chalet and 3V lift pass.
