Whilst I've no experience of "N" (being a long-time "M" skier )) I'd be amazed if they couldn't accomodate you and yours - they'll know what the peak numbers are likely to be and will have enough instructors available.

Decent socks are vital and worth spending a bit on imho. Don't anybody, ever, bother with the foot and blister hell that is the tube sock.

Take up no room in the jacket and really do give you a bit of an energy boost on cold (or hungover) mornings.
