You do need eyes in the back of your head on Plan Sud late afternoon, I tend to stick to the bit in between the pistes, it's far easier than avoiding the carnage on piste and there are usually some nice bumps to use that last little bit of energy on!

Fresh Croissants straight from the oven, always make me think of chalet breakfasts and preparing for a day on the slopes.

Yes, as you say famous last words. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, just it hasn't happened to any of our skiers.
If it did happen to me, well my old B2s has seen better days! |

1-2 day forecasts are usually quite accurate, looking at the predicted snowfall there's going to be a proper dump tomorrow. (Chamnoix is just to the west of where France, Italy and Switzerland meet). Heavy snow (25+cm per 3hours) from 7am tomorrow morning through till early Wednesday.

Another 20 cm or so forecast so looking really good for my arrival on Friday.
The Face has a really good base on it by the look of it, the racers loss is our gain! Looking forward to a blast down there. They've been busy on OK/Orange today so that will be open soon if it isn't already. |

If they weren't expecting a lot more they would be bashing like mad to make the most of it.
They've had 20odd cms and are expecting another 60cm. The conditions will be excellent! |
