Isn't iSpeed more of a big-turning GS ski? probably not the best for short and frequent turns. Magnums would be ideal.

Rallys or Magnums. Last season't model, hasn't been changed. And delivery will probably be free since you are in Switzerland. 170 cm for you I think will be good.

I have never seen a flashing light at the back of a ski helmet :) Surely, not dangerous, but why?
Snow must be still in some snow clouds which will arrive sooner or later, but they are taking their time :)
It's only better because it snowed just before the opening, so the snow didn't have time to melt like last season; now lets see how long it will take before another major snow. There is hope it will snow next week, Tuesday/Wednesday have been mentioned. This snow is needed, and a general change of pattern is needed too. And it always looks better on webcams :)

I would be suspicious of a helmet that cost 15-20 pounds. Unless you want to wear a helmet for the sake of wearing one and not for what it does, go for some known reputable brands. It's not a fashion statement or any statement at all, it's a protection... I need a new helmet this season - in 6 or 7 years that I started wearing one I took three big tumbles where helmet did a very good job as I walked away from all three laughing (well, one ended up in a whip lash, but could have been a concussion), so probably time for it to retire. Not looking forward to spending $$, but it has to be done.
The cover is thin, that's for sure. Some snow supposedly arrived today, but it's not the kind snow that will change things. Probably won't even cover bare patches that started to show. At the moment it starts looking like a repeat of December 2014. We got lucky this time with late November snow - had it arrived earlier in November we would have had absolutely the same conditions on the opening day with many resorts unable to open. No snow in December is very regretful because it's the best month for a good base to form - with short days, low sun and low crowds, unfortunately weather didn't want to cooperate again :(

That will depend on the amount of snow that falls between now and you trip. Should be OK, March is a good time to ski in most places, unless winter is unusually warm and dry. But I thought that Berchtesgaden was in Germany…
