Thanks bandit for the info.... No I have no facebook affiliations to date. I try to stay away from riff raff... But what you say is contrary to the skiing world - as I understand it. That is to say ... we are generally not an elitist group - being a group of people who share the common thrill of what nature provides us with for winter. Sure, we all have different abilities and knowledge but we share these in hopes to "help" others enjoy what we enjoy :D Mike  |

A sad time of year... the snow is melting, the ski hills are all closing ... getting up on a Saturday morning is faced with household chores rather than going to the ski hill. Yes a sad time for sure :!:
Soon we will be back in fly swatting season! The last hill in Nova Scotia closes today   Mike |

All I get it the facebook sign up page ... no mention of Caron, J2SKI, potential friends, pablo, Tony H.... or anything else. Is this a UK restricted site?

Good information Bandit. Thanks  I have two of the bindings listed that might be subject to the recall. I'll have to check the date code on the bottom surface to be sure. A third pair, on my wife's skis, has an '05 date code on the release lever. It is just as important to check manufacturing date codes on your car tires to be sure they likely won't fail you either. As LM pointed out Mothers' Day over here is in May. My wife and I were married on the Saturday of the Mothers' day weekend -- long .. oh, so long ago. When I ordered the wedding flowers I included a big bunch for the "mother-in-law to be" which I of course presented to her at the wedding. Had to start off on the right foot!!
And besides, it made my wife's brothers look bad, or so they told me....   . Mike  |

Ally,
This life is for you too ... don't let worry or concern over what others think of you or how you look steal your life from you :!: Be safe and play hard but stay humble:mrgreen: Mike  |

Amazing indeed :!:
I especially liked the segment where he passed beneath the chair lift. Perhaps the hill had hired him as the entertainment for those on the chair. Mike  |
