Parties, sleepovers, 1st boyfriends.....it's all happening. I don't think I can cope with it all....

BB - do you mean you have nearly....
Two - 1.6, 1.8 ??? How does that work
Teenage - is this an age or psychological thing?
Daughters - not sure? Don't understand the difference?

Wherever the truth lies just look on the bright side you will have years and years of time to get used to it all - it won't go away, promise.

Join the club.

Personally I am awaiting with interest the discussions on SnapzzzMinor as she starts to spread her wings.

Looks like everyone has had a day in front of the computer.....

Us tough North Norfolk chaps have been for a bracing 1.5 hour walk up on the coast (note this south norfolk fishermen!!!), mind you the hail on my bald head was interesting as I dropped my hat by the car.
Followed by a lovely lunch with friends.

My little scrap of a mut - 3/4 Jack Russell + 1/4 Chihuaha - don't ask  was very brave in the rain/sleet/hail and sunshine.

On the dog front - we had Great Danes when I was young and they are wonderful dogs. Mum had problems with the first as she was (the dog - not my Mum) in the habit of jumping up into her arms (my Mum's arms - dogs don't have them) when she was a puppy and never grew out of it.

And they all liked to back up onto your knee on the sofa.

The second one liked to sneak into my bed if I hadn't shut the door properly and I was rudely woken many times when I landed on the floor as she would get between me and the wall and stretch out her legs.

Dog before present one was a German Shepherd - the best!! The most loyal and delightful dog imaginable and just the most perfect gentleman in all circumstances.

Now I have come to love the advantages of a small dog - fewer problems over disputed territory and when the need arises you can just hoick her up and tuck her under your arm.

I have also got over the psychological problems of being seen with a rat on a string.

I can answer that Icy.

Icy - it is only fair and reasonable that we all know when and where you are planning to go skiing this season.

After all this could well have an impact on other peoples plans.
