Skiing in Chur area?

My tip would be Arosa or maybe Lenzerheide. Perhaps a day at Churwalden if the snow were good.

Motorists in Japan drive on the left in their right-hand drive motor cars; a legacy of British gunboat diplomacy in the 1800s!

Ian, you're right, I no longer think your post was daft; I think it's downright bloody stupid! (only jesting!!!!)

My helmet was on my swede long before Natasha Richardson's untimely demise, by the way, so no relevance whatsoever to me and many others!!!

Possibly, with respect Ian, the daftest post on this thread so far.

The fact I wear a helmet has nothing to do with anyone famous or any kind of marketing. I think it improves my safety and security on the mountain - and that's my decision, and mine alone.

Mind you, those back protectors do look cool - especially in the bar after skiing. Think I'll get one for apres ski!!!

I hope it improves in Engelberg as one of my plans is to finally do the Laub, hopefully in March. Any availability at the Ski Lodge, Eric?
