Les Arcs is good for beginners and ski in/out
1950 would be best bet, 2000 is a bit run down as is 1850. Have fun |

Iguess this has been covered befor but does anyone know traditionally which weeks are the cheapest fin Feb and March (avoiding half term in the alps etc). Thanks :D |

Depends on the folk on the desk and how full the flight tends to be in my experience.
Should be £30.00 per set of ski's, that said bOOked a last min crystal holiday to france last year with a 3rd party and they included it for free. |

Hi
In saalbach for xmas and usually book ski's before i go. Have used Ski Set before on other holidays but the service i had in France last year left a bit to be desired. Does anyone know of good hire shop with decent staff who dont just want to throw you out the door with anything off the rack. Thank you :D |

Hi all,
Looking at getting in 2 weeks skiing this season but have limited leave left at work, so one of my weeks would have to be at the dredded xmas / new year week as my company shuts down. Dont really want to pay throught the nose even thou i know i will have to pay extra. Do you guy's have any ides on best place to ski this time of year that wont be massivly overcroweded and wont require a mortgage? Forgot to mention i am intermediate level so no black runs yet please ! :D |
