Hi,
Just come back from austria at new year on my first ski trip and now hooked. If my budget can stretch to it i would like to ski again this season. so my question is as money is a bit tight where can anyone recomend anywhere sort of thinking france for example ? |

stretch them calfs!!
lack of extension abilty can cause the problem you describe under your feet. its associated with the posterior tibial tendon which runs from the back of your knee around the inside of your ankle and connects to the 8 bones of your feet. worth a try :lol: |

Going to kaprun on sat this week, good resort good mix of slopes , glacier resort as well so no worries about snow.
About an hour from Salzburg and zell em see really close so you can ski that area too. |

As above
get proper fitted with custom footbeds and go when shop is quiet, mid week that way you can take your time try plenty on and the staff are prepared to spend more time fitting you. Then when you find some that fit, then ask how much they are hope u get sorted :lol: |
