I know this is the million dollar question but......if you booked them a soon as they go on sale, Manchester to Geneva - has anyone a rough idea of what we could expect to pay or whatyou may have paid in the past. Looking at the New Year week, 27 Dec to 3 Jan - basic prices exc baggage and ski carriage add ons.
Thanks in advance. |

Hi all
Looking at a chalet in Essert La Pierre for New Year, mixed group including children. Anyone stayed here and have any advice given is about 3 miles from ski areas so we'd need to hire a couple of people carriers etc. Any knowledge of interest. Thanks |

Kaprun at New Year was 3.50e for a small beer & 5.50E for a flying hirsch. Not too bad given Chamonix is 5.50e a beer and we're off there next week with no kids for a blast...........expensive looking blast I think!

Thanks everyone for the ideas.
I think the action plan is......boys board until they drop and then meet up with us for apres ski. I've a failed crutiate ligament reconstruction hence the board has been hung up.......so my friend and I fancy a lie in (no kids etc), read our boooks, swim, spa treatment, shop, trip up the mountain - just chill really BUT as it's so expensive we're conscious that a facial could equate to about £100! I've got a week to look into ideas given and plan the trip. Thanks again. |

2 adults & 3 children but only 2 lift passes!!
Worst of it is we're off to Chamonix next week and just read that beer on average 5.50euro - I so need to take up another past time sport other than apres ski! |
