Yes in process of getting money back - problem is all brochure prices are ski high now so we'll probably book flights and hotel separate.

Yes they downgraded our accommodation without telling us and subsequently they are unable to offer us anything similiar without a huge price increase!

Been let down by tour operator so now looking to get flights to Geneva or Innsbruck for New Year.

Can anyone recommend any nice resorts or hotels for families - not too long a transfer 90min max.

We are planning a snowboardig hoiday with a group of friends to include children.

Can anyone recommend a resort which is within 90min transfer, short walk to slopes for the children and a bit of life or variety for the mixed group of skiers, boarders and non ski/boarders. Either Austria or France, Italy seems to have too long transfers.

We prefer a catered chalet but it doesn't have to be exclusive use - a bit of luxury always an added bonus too ie hot tub!
