Right then... I don't think this will be difficult, but we'll see.

Could it be.... the Nevis range? Aonach Mor, even?
20 years and counting...

I must be a rank amateur by all your standards. This will be my 9th year, and 13th week (I think) of skiing. I'm just trying to remember where I've spent each week, and I think it's something liiike: Saas Fee, Les Arcs, Tignes Le Lac, La Plagne, La Rosiere, Serfaus, La plagne, La Tania, Les Menuires, La Tania, Les Deux Alpes, Tignes Les Brev.

I need to get outside of France more. I've been hankering after some Austrian snow for a year or two now, actually, but my ski holidays are either strictly dictated by price, or where my family are going. One day soon, though! Also hoping to get some Scottish slopes under my skis sometime in the coming year :D

Anyway, ignoring all my babble, I'd like to echo the earlier sentiment and raise a (nearly empty) glass to another 20 years and then some!
Ski Goggles

The 'Red Hifi II' comes with a "goggle gasket". Basically a piece of material that covers up any gaps, and keeps your forehead nice and warm. I've not used it though - my Bollé Nova's fit well with it.
What to take up the mountain?

I take a backpack with me, though it's a pretty slim one. It will have my mobile, keys, wallet, penknife, extra layers of clothing, camelback, lunch (baguette and chocolate), glove liners, lip balm/sun block, and sometimes a GPS unit. It has an expandable front strap-thing for my helmet if it's ridiculously hot, and has ski carry straps for when I'm hiking for some snow :D

When I first looked at these pictures, I wondered how I had got down there, but once you are there adrenalin kicks in and you just get on with it. I love doing some of this kind of stuff now and then.

Is that first picture somewhere in Tignes, after going up a "tres difficile" poma lift? If not, it looks an awful lot like something I skied this year, with solid ice moguls that had in some places formed into simple steps. Tried the aggressive approach for the whole of 5 seconds, at which my point my feet starter to hurt lots.

It's a ridiculous hour of the morning, so I'll add my bit another time.
Hey,

I'd be quite interested in these. What price are you looking for? Could I get some photos?
