I've been to Val D'Isere many times, but I've never seen the tunnel run open. I'd have liked to have skied it just to say I had, but can't say it's a huge loss. |

Unless it's a cut competition mogul slope, the moguls will be fairly random so varying your technique as the moguls present themselves is the way to go.
I try to keep as straight a line as I can, keep my head still and ski the moguls pretty much as they come. |

I'd consider myself a reasonably good mogul skier, it's one of those things that takes a lot of trying and eventually if will click. I too would recommend the Warren Smith DVDs, loads of exercises to help you.
My knees have taken a pounding getting to where I am now, so much so I steer clear for the first could of days of a holiday, later in the week I'll get struck in. |
