If i remember correctly the two man chair lift in forum, below the yogurt pots, is also free.
They also have a points system in place too, which is great for beginners. You can by a pass and top it up with 'points'. Each lift has a different points value so you can cut costs for total newbies. When we went my wife used about £40 worth of points on the lifts she could use, much cheaper and less wasteful than buying a full pass. |

Nelly, im not Snowcrazy but can answer this for you.
I think the pass is called the 'Discovery Pass'. The quickest way to Les Arc from 1800 is either the Melezes chair to Plagne Centre where you jump straight on the La Bergerie chair. This allows you to ski straight down into Plagne Bellcote where you take the Arpette lift. From here it is one long blue (Mont Blanc) all the way down to the VE. You can also get the ski bus from 1800 to bellcote instead and then take take the Arpette lift. This could be quicker depending on the lift queues in 1800 or Plagne Centre. |

EXACTLY. Its glorious, 5 bluebirds from 6, i cant grumble at that. Admittedly all the pistes could do with a refresh and the off piste is all tracked and packed but i'll take that over a whiteout in powder. No need for anyone to worry. |

The Canon G12 is great, solid camera. The next best thing to a DSLR.
