The Ski Helmet Debate
Started by Admin in Ski Hardware, 491 Replies, discussing Tignes and Val Thorens
Tony you've totally lost the plot now...

1) Lindsey Vonn wears a lid when she's skiing. Not a bobble.
2) You have agreed point 1. A bobble would not cut the mustard.
3) She is wearing a bobble 'at rest'. Some lidders do that too. They do not wear lids at all times.
4) Perhaps 3) is the reason you object so strongly to lids. You don't have to wear it all the time you know. Like to eat and sleep and stuff. Just to ski in.

You too could be like Linsdey Vonn same as us lidders. :D

Just avoid ditches, fence wires and bushes and your skiing will improve out of all recognition.

Andy nice try but no cigar this time sweetie. I do love a trier though, so for that reason I will save you the trouble of setting up your very own thread on face planting

Have you ever fallen forwards on skis?

So, from Tony's, Dave's, Andy's and Ian's responses I should be ok if I avoid hidden ditches off-piste, buried bushes, fence-wire and blind jumps. Hmm, think I should be ok then )?

... but I suppose everybody else did too ...

Grrrrrrrrrr
