For those of you, like me, who have a concern for knees:
When you are on the moving carpet, or just on a plain snow base, waiting, , and your fellow seatees are in alignment, take a shuffle forwards, just before the chair arrives. Someone else in the queue will take the Whack behind the knees, and you will sink softly, and gracefully into place. |

cornishmaid ~ lift passes, at todays rate of 1.14 Euros/£, the prices are about the same as the Inghams brochure. So you could see if there are any currency movements in the near future, but I imagine these may be marginal.
You do have two fall backs, you can generally book during the coach transfer, and you can also book in resort. Hence, the lift pass is not a problem. However, at New Year, the busiest week of the ski season, boot and ski hire is not just a cost issue, it may also be an availability issue. To a lesser extent, ski school the same. (A lesser extent, because class sizes can be elastic ) There are three ski hire locations in Niederau, two are good, one I would not recommend. The skiset one is OK, and is closest to the slopes. Hotel ~ Haf? Is that the Haflingerhof? Harfenwirt? My OH and I, along with friends are staying at at the Harfenwirt. There are several J2 skiers staying at New Year. |

Ask my skis to move over onto their own side of the bed.

Good result Rose, it sounds well sorted.
Now calm down, and wax your board. For the fifth time? |
