I've had some great lessons with Outdo, I think they are based in Zell am See, but I've also taken lessons over in Kaprun with thier instructors.

P.S. If late summer Zermatt probably the better bet as higher altitude.

Have skied both Kaprun & Zermatt in summer, it's great to get that snow/ski 'fix', just don't expect anything as extensive as your winter trips. But as the other posters mention - there are plenty of other outdoor activities to get involved in in both resorts later in the day.

I ddin't 'summer ski' this year for ths girst time in 3 years anbd really missed that little fix.

I see Easyjet are offering free ski carriage for flights booked in the next week.

Why do they always have these promotions the week AFTER I book my flights ???
