You might be better off if you get just a Zermatt pass. Skiing is better on Zermatt side, and the only plus of going to Italian side is good food for less. The link is often closed and you won't get a refund. I skied in Zermatt maybe 8-9 days in total with a full pass and could only use it twice. And to be honest I only did it to justify having the pass especially the second time.

They were not "working within the law" otherwise they wouldn't be arrested. And French-bashing and accusations of racism is totally pointless here - French nationals have to jump through the same hoops to obtain qualifications as foreigners. Yes, British press is pretty pathetic. She is not a professional athlete, wanted to ski in Olympics and Thailand let her represent them. Where is the crime? Independent says it was a small step back for the cause of of women's sport. Really? Others underline she finished LAST. And at the same time celebrating Chemmy as if she has won anything or was a serious contender. A professional athlete who mostly skis for living... Perspective is totally missing here.

I was little bit shocked to read that they were caught out there so late in the afternoon. Definitely not the place to be after 1pm on a bluebird day after heavy snowfall. Possibly they were staying in Siviez area and got stuck on Verbier side so decided to make their way on skis as it's an expensive ride back...

yeah, but the title of the article is about double winners, yet very little is written about them as if they don't matter. It's the same with football. It doesn't matter who wins the world cup, half of the article at least would be about England team.
