Hy Sue,
I learnt to ski in Zell am See in 2005 so I've got a bit of a soft spot for the place and have been back every year at least once. Dave |

We are trying one of the Ski Beat ones in La Tania in January 2009, can give you a report back once we've been if your interested? It looks very comfortable from the pics, all en-suite, ski in/out and has it's own sauna.

Thanks markski, I know the site, so far only found it all individually, was hoping i might be able to save the beginners some money if they got an all in package.

Does anyone know of anywhere that offers a complete 'Learn to ski' Package (lessons/equipment/lift pass) in La Tania ? Have a couple of complete beginners in our group the first week in January.

Was speaking to a frirnd in the travel trade the other day who said some of the biggies had slashed their capacity....don't know if it's true or whether she was just trying to get to me to book another holiday! |

My kids think it's the highlight of the holiday! There really dissapointed we are not going to 'play' on it this year. Dave |

It just wouldn't be the same without Schnapps Hans..... I'm in Kaprun in 21 days and was hoping (like last year) that Zell might be open to catch a few days there....lift pass info dates ffrom 22/11...but they opened early last year as so much snow.
If I get over there I'll give you a first hand update! Dave |

Resisted the temptations of fresh snow in Switzerland and made do with an evening at Tamworth instead - good fun though. 21 Days and I'm off to the mountains.
