Actually, on a totally serious note, if you are flying, you cannot take any liquids. I guess that rules out sauces and milk for the first cuppa. |

Anything you think you will particularly want, but are unlikely to find in France. Classic example above. English mustard, Salad Cream, that sort of thing. Not sure if you can get Ready-Brek yet.
