Try putting some vicks or similar ina steaming bath and letting the steam unblock your nose.

I was thinking £900 was a lot!

We went easter holidays, admittedly self catering, but no way we spent anywhere near that per person.

If you're gonna regret and go on about how you wish you'd bought it for ages, like my husband does do your wife a favour and get it before it's too late -)

Yes, It wpuld bother me and yes I would swap them over.

I have noticed that some more experienced skiers have a left and right ski.

When my kids used to race on the dry slope all the racers had their skis marked L and R.
Also, my daughter has race skis and they are clearly meant to be used on a specific side.
The tips indicate which and if worn on the wrong one they look pigeon toed.
