Hire a car for minimal waiting around; send the driver ahead to do the paperwork and fetch the car whilst the rest of the group collect bags - should be ready to go as soon as your baggage comes through.

I'm pretty sure there are buses in season (there used to be) but they may be few and far between so might keep you hanging around.

Otherwise a private transfer (see the link to the left for transfers from Grenoble) will work if there are enough of you to split the cost to a reasonable level.

HTH.
You've been very naughty... quite apart from making us all jealous... but please refer to the tips on posting pictures (link in the left menu on every forum page). What with powder videos from La Clusaz and now this, I can feel a jealous rage coming on!

Not necessarily - you might end up waiting hours at, say, Lyon or Turin for the TO's buses to drive from Chambery. If you're DIY you might have the option of just hiring a car and heading off straight away...

Been there, done that and ended up with a shorter drive to resort after waiting all of 5 minutes for the baggage (easyJet Geneva flight diverted to Lyon).

Chambery's open more often than it's not and can be very quick as long as you don't arrive at the same time as anyone else... 8)

That is class but there's only one to resolve this...

Bobble Hat :-

Helmet :-

It is indisputable that the moon is at quite an altitude, and hence a lot like a mountain.

Simply ask yourself which head covering will keep the owl alive. Job done.
