We used to have a party line (remember them?)
The other party used to tut when we were on it (apparently too often)
They could have yelled 'get off my land-line'

It's not been easy

Very stressful! We did it in December - looking back I'm not sure how we did it really. We had so much 'stuff'

I still have one ski pole (other left on gondola in 2008 in Val Thorens) that I couldn't bear to throw away.
Good luck - it'll be worth it in the end?

Interesting Dave. I'm left handed, and would always remove my left hand glove to do anything on the lift.
This makes the lh glove ( in my case) the most likely to fall.

Does this mean L handed people are most clumsy (probably)
Or that more left handers ski (unlikely of course)

Les Houches and Chamonix 2012

It wasn"t my intention to put anyway off Chamonix, but is interesting that those who have more time to ski and not cram it all in to their weeks holiday rate it so highly.
It was exactly my feeling about the place and couldn't help being envious of those who clearly lived there.

Daughter didn't miss ski time! We got antibiotics into her pretty quickly!
