firstly dont throw the toys at me wickers!!
does anyone know when ryanair will/do put the flights up? I can currently get to and from italy for christmas with easyjet and BA at good times (suitable for connections etc) for about £130 (24th - 4th) but wanted to wait and see ryanair because prestwick is easier than edin to get to but they dont seem to have any flights up at all-even for as soon as mid nov? are they going out of business?!! wondering if i should just "treat myself" to a BA flight home :?: |

has anyone read the new issue of fall line?
its got a huge spread on scotland last year and shows just how good it can be up here! it also does say that it was still a bit windy at times last year but mainly focusses on the huge amounts of pow there was! :D :D :D |

get the new splice frames (massive choice of coulours) with some sort of iridium lens-blue iridium for flat light and fire iridium for the sun.
Or the VR28 if you just want a do everything lens but tbh better getting 2 lenses and changing on the day-lucky you! |

i must have got a rubbish demo pair then or maybe they were due a good tune i dunno-sorry! I wish wed discussed it nearer the time because i remember thing when i tried them 'i must tell that guy on j2ski not to get the new neo!' if you like it and are comfortable and confident with it (and you dont want a specific offpiste ski) then its a no brainer-get it fixed!

i know this is a rash thing to do but I dont think i agree with trencher-im know you are right about the lack of effective edge on a twin but the El Ray I demoed was short for me-possibly the 171, im not sure. my point is they still were phenominal on piste-honestly better than your bog standard carver. I skied them directly after the scott neo and then went onto the punisher straight after and didnt like either of the scotts. (punishers were fun but horribly flappy-just a park ski)
tony-the reason i didnt like the neos (i think-it was a while ago) was because I just didnt feel comfortable and couldnt relax on them-couldnt trust them. They werent quick edge to edge on piste and werent solid enough in longer GS style turns, but I felt the tips and waist werent wide enough to be useful off piste. I just dont understand what sort of skiing they are designed for. Maybe I just got a pair that werent tuned!! |

That hurts me  to think you that I only come into that class-my on piste skis are a pair of Atomic GS 186cm factory skis (radius <27m and 76mm waist!!) In all seriousness the Armada El Rays are the best ski I demoed at last years testing day-most fun, very very good edge hold for a twin tip-literally maxd them out and they still held! only problem is I hated the Neos so maybe we are different? If it helps, I dont like the watea either but do like the Head 82. That Rossi one Trencher suggested is very soft I thought Let us know what you get!! :D |

I have a spiral fracture of my fibula (smaller one) and currently have a plate and a screw in the leg with the screw coming out in 4 weeks. on the plus side im now going to complete my learn italian course i didnt finish last season! |
