Dislocated elbow in Niederau

I knew about your injury, L, but had thought it would have moved on by now. I was chatting with Nick about it a couple of days ago. That's a real bummer, so good wishes for the recovery.

Our group has suffered a couple of injuries last week, one was a combined broken leg and a dislocated knee. The other was a broken collarbone. Both on lower slopes, both highly experienced skiers. I am trying to keep my OH on the steeps.

We all wish you well from here.

I can tell you that the conditions in this region are just fantastic. It has been snowing all night and day. We can see the Hohe Salve on the skiwelt from the Marbachjoch, and it is looking beautiful.

Made first tracks this morning. My OH, discovered the "bounce"! Younger son is carving like a dream. We both came down under the Gondola in 2 ft of powder.

Alles ist gut!

The Post Office rates are usually thereabouts, but this year Thos Cook seem to be benchmarking the PO, and beating their rates. A couple of weeks ago, when the PO rate was 1.105, TC was 1.11.

I asked them to give me 1.12 Eu/£. They did!
