I want to see some white stuff !!
It cheers me up
Even though I'm not going to get on the snow until March I like to see skiing happening.
So....
I am spending far too much time looking at webcams and forecasts and it is not doing me any good.
Very pleased to see a fall in temperature for next week, and some clear suggestions of precipitation for France, Italy and Western Switzerland. But not much sign for Austria sadly.
But ...
Horrified to see a suggestion that freeze/thaw will rise again at the end of next week !!
Wish I hadn't looked - message to self ....
Stop this, there will be white stuff soon.

Oh Adders !!!!
You send a good put down to a spammer - BUT ruin it by removing the spam before we can all have a good laugh !!

Phenomenomenomenom is one of those words that just is difficult to stop once it's got started.

Mind you .......
It can probably be spelt any old way
phenomenon 1570s, "fact, occurrence," from L.L. phænomenon, from Gk. phainomenon "that which appears or is seen,"

Forecast is for much colder weather from now.
Freeze/thaw gradually dropping from a very high 2800m now to 1100m this time next week in Tignes.
A little bit of snow floating around as well - but no signs of big dump across the French Alps at the moment.
