If you go onto the website, and punch in your dates, I tried several mid to late January dates, up came a message to the effect that no rooms were available. I do not believe that this is the case, just that they are not offering just yet. maybe they have to wait for Thomsons to free up the rooms.

Thanks Ally. We are working on a loose plan to spend maybe 3 weeks or so in late Jan, travelling diy to different resorts all in the Kitzbuhel AllStar card area. Possibly starting at Saalbach, then Zell, Kitz, Schiwelt, Wildschonau, of course!), Alpbachtal, Zillertal. We would be driving ourselves between places.
The Heitzmann looked good, but was unable to get any offer. |

I bought skis from them last year, they were OK. I guess you should be aware of the product before you go, it is no EB.

Some great photoshoots, but the snowmobile reverse somersault at the end?

I think I recall seeing them in the warehouse in Dundee, at the start of last winter. Knowing my memory though......

Thanks for the info on the Heitzmann hotel, Ally. I am building up as much info as i can to maximise an extended Tirol ski.
Brooksy, do not despair. even if the damage appears to be bad, there is often much that can be done by building up the quads. Fingers crossed for the result, though. |

I would change your consultant, Bandit. They should not be slandering their patients.....

I am not sure if Bandit is correct on this, although the Bandito is almost always right! It does raise a point though. I have kept my annual Travel Insurance with the same company for about 6/7 years. They do not bump up the price at renewal time. Moreover, on the one occasion when I made a claim, they paid out without any questions. I imagine that when you submit a claim, they can see on the screen strong repeat business, with little claim history. They may then take a view that the claim generally will have merit.
