Ditto but for 5th Feb. The Tennladen is still looking quite ill. Sounds like that'll be all fixed over the next few days  |

Crispyapplepie I may be completely out of order here so my apologies in advance, but my first thought is 'please be careful'. There have been too many accidents already this season. As a group would you consider hiring an instructor for half a day to take you down there? Depending how many of you there are the cost could be spread nicely. At the very least it could save you the hassle of finding yourself stuck away from the exit/s and having to hike. Sorry for being boring and paranoid.

Difficult one without knowing what he already has...
However, if someone offered me to go skiing in Switzerland for a big birthday I'd be a pretty happy bunny anyway! |

Hi Moogy,
I think the best answer to this question will come from the shop themselves. If you're asking 'can I swap the skis for a board during the week?' the answer is yes. I've seen people do it before. As far as cost goes, I'm sorry I don't know. There are three main ski hire shops in or around Oberau... Margreiter info@ski-margreiter.at Thaler sport-thalerrenate@aon.at Blachfelder info@sportblachfelder.at There are others and all of the contact details should be on this page http://www.wildschoenau.com/sport/winter/en/verleih_tis.aspx?nav=tmp_1_154099116 If you intend using Skiset via J2ski you will be using Margreiters. Hope this helps. EmmaEvs |
