Having noticed that Ally loves jokes on the slopes i thought we could start a Ski Joke thread. Lets have your best.
I will start us off.

This Scottish bloke goes on a skiing holiday to Canada.
After a hard day on the slopes he retires to a bar at the bottom of the mountain.
After about five or six whiskeys, he looks up and notices a stuffed animal with antlers on the wall.

He asks the barman, "What the hell is that?"

The barman says, "It's a Moose."

The Scottish chap says, "Jesus! How big are the cats?"
British skier, 24, found dead in Andorra resort

A British man has been found dead in a ski resort in Andorra, the Foreign Office has said.
Police said the 24-year-old appeared to have got lost in freezing temperatures after becoming separated from friends during a night out in Pas de la Casa.
The man's body was found on Friday, covered in snow in the Envalira tunnel near the French border.
The UK Foreign Office said his family have been informed and a post-mortem examination was carried out on Friday.
A spokesman for police in Andorra told Spanish news agency Europa Press the body showed "no signs of violence" and it was likely the skier had died of hypothermia.

Why go at Feb Half term?
We go every Easter, Never had bad snow, very few queues and weather better for the kids.
We're off to Samoens in just over 3 weeks...been seeing everyone else go and come back several times, but it's something to look forward to.

Incidentally, it's our 4th trip with the kids to Grand Massif, worst was Feb HT...the slopes were crowded, found the place far too busy. The snow was rubbish too, but that was the bad year of 07, everywhere was the same.

I've heard it said that Italy doesn't suffer as much from the crowds in Feb tho.

Easter is late next year though.....late april!
