Trencher, I fear you may be in trouble when Admin sees you have been on another site! I once got caught out, and was forced to make a public apology, whip myself with a ski stick, and cross my feet, cos he only had one nail left. -(

Received your pm, Baillie, and I'm on the case, as soon as I am back from the evening tennis session!
I'm pleased that you have Niederau, they are a bunch of friendly folks there, and there are some good runs. If you have a squint at my www thingy, you will get an idea of the type of runs. |

Tht's pub prices, whereas you are comparing with supermarket prices.

The Skiwelt is a good suggestion, and it is possible to avoid ski buses, providing you choose the right resort. Ellmau and Hopfgarten are ski in/out. In Soell, you can ski across the fields to the Hotel Gansleit, but you will need the bus in the morning.

Errm, Neustift? If you haven't already been, Zermatt would be good. You can get some good deals, closer to the time. It is very cruisey on the top, and over into the Italian side. Modest day costs. Best ski view in Europe. And of course Tino's buying. |

200 litres, that's about 440 pints, Tino. Maybe we had better all come over. -)
My recollection is that local prices are not too bad in Z. |

More seriously, when thinking about this ten mile wide question, my short list of two was the Dolemites and the Schiwelt. The other obvious one is the 3 valleys.
