Well done, Tino.
I feel that we should bestow an honour, I just wondered if "The Duke of Zermatt" would be acceptable? The honour would, of course come with a small stipend. This might be in the form of more humble J2ski Zermatt visitors buying your beer ~ yes, I know I have been pushing that you are going to be doing all the buying ~ but you are there now, and we are not. Oh, and have you started some drawings yet? |

One of my top three resortson the world, (although I'm still investigating...)
Distance & time correlate to 10mph, with a slope of opposite over hypotenuse, ie sine of 719/2877 = 0.25, thats an angle of, err,err where's my slide rule? |

The speed issue is subjective in so many ways. There is no measure, nor way of measuring. 10 miles an hour might be frightenly fast to a beginner, while more experienced skiers are in full and quick control at 50/60 mph.

Would liked to have joined you this year, but we are making a culture London trip a few weeks later, too far for two visits. But do have a good one, those that are going.

Wahay, a snowflake just fell into my glass of white wine!
Bandit declares the season open! Included a couple of Lake District turns..... |

Not sure if New Englad area might be the closest, Stowe or Killington. Historic snow reports are not good. Our Trencher is based a bit inland and north, and boards at the end of November on a good year, I recall.
Colorado would be better, but is a 5 hour flight to Denver, + 3 hour drive. |

Hang on, Emma, I just spent half of the Autumn sorting out your 2011 Tirol season pass! And now you are deserting!
