It will be a question of the state of readiness, access, and if the are open on the day. Cairngorm seems to be the centre that is ready at the moment.
Although there is plenty of snow now, and due over the next few days, high winds are also forecast. That creates difficult conditions on the hill, creating scarce and hardpack on the runs.
Across the highlands, many key roads are currently closed, and some resorts like the Lecht and Glenshee may be difficult to reach.
It is a fact of life, for those of us who live reasonably close, (Glenshee 1.5 hrs, Cairngorm 2hrs). Ski days are very often a last minute decision.

No, but it was on my hit list for a couple of years, at a time that I had to travel to Vienna on business every 2 or 3 months. I just couldn't make it work for me.

Nope.
It's just that most of the skiers using the Skiwelt piste map can't find Söll. - )
