I have no experience of the Crystal childcare arrangements in resort but have recently returned from Les Deux Alpes with Mark Warner.
Large number of tiddlies in residence and an impressive number of child care staff as well.
Chatted to a number of parents during the week and their praise for the care and attention the kids received was high.
I think a 4 yr old crying as she was saying good bye to a couple of the girls who had looked after her all week is high praise!

Another company with quality childcare would be Ski Esprit perhaps?

And I'll be coming back from Stratford upon Avon having sat/slept through some play or other by some chap called Shakespeare.
Apparently he's quite famous but dead now.

My payback for an illicit week in L2A ......
