Pregnancy is not an illness !!!!
But everyone is different and I wonder if the key point is "if you feel like it". Whilst the medic may be saying your fine, but take it easy, there is bound to be some risk - skiing is a risky business. As a point of interest in Tignes last easter there was a ski instructor (female !!) who was very visibly pregnant taking classes. |

Only before boarding was invented  Still the same issues .... Some too fast and out of control and the ever present difficulty of the unexpected manoevre. People stuck in the middle of pistes too difficult for them etc etc etc I don't see this as an issue, if an area doesn't offer what you want then take the custom elsewhere - simples. Bit like a watersports lake that doesn't allow powered vessels really. If you jetski then you go elsewhere. |

Why not phone one of the travel agents?
I use www.skisolutions.com don't just go by the website phone and have a chat - see what's available. I've also used igluski, who were helpful as well. |

Val Thorens:
 I've skied two of the couloirs ... Grande couloir and one further round but not sure of it's name, there is a bit of a walk into the top which is seriously narrow. Mind you that was in 1986 when I was mad  But whenever I go up the telepherique and look over it gives me a good feeling - done that !! |
