I didn't like wine much either until this year and I had wine in the chalet with dinner and it was pretty nice actually. Would still rather have a cold beer or a Dr. Pepper though 8)

George Best?
Last night was the first time I have had alcohol in about 6 weeks (apart from a 'wee dram' in the house on Thursday) and I don't really tend to drink a whole lot. Pretty happy to go out and have a coke. Sometimes just don't feel the need. |

We are plenty off topic as it is so why not. I managed a chicken sandwich at lunch but didn't move until 2 o'clock but I am OK now. I climbed a tree for the first time since I was about 12 and forgot how much fun it was. Can't go as high as I used to though :(

They look like normal alpine skis (just assuming from the bindings).
So we have this so far: K2 alpine skis.. no doubt other folks will have more to add! Ian WIckham ( a regular j2ski poster) was around when skiing was invented so he might have something to say  |

They appear to be made by K2
