blimey, you had an eventful holiday tony!
All good advice which I try to cement into my boys' heads, it's all about consideration really which is a life lesson. (I've even warned them about spring snow having read pavelski's thread.) I make my boys wear helmets, especially when they're bum boarding. I'd never forgive myself if something were to happen to them. Caron |

there are so many things I would like to say but won't!
I would just like to clear up one thing though. unfortunately skiing is out of the question. not so much because of the cartilage and acl but because of the bones. if i were to hit a bump or have a fall my bones would snap apparently. not good! this coming from the specialist that, prior to seeing the scans, said i could ski. Mike from NS if you don't mind I'd like to say here and now that AJ Adele and I are in total agreement I'm afraid. and I promise I'll make every effort to make sure my unruly children are kept in check. in fact, I'll keep them off the slopes with me and then there's no danger at all  i've got lots of advice to take, a helicopter ride sounds wonderful, challenges, pool, massages, ice cave. there's also a day in val to be had, lunch up in the 3 mountain restaurants in espace killy. all sounds like a holiday to me :D (albeit more expensive than if i was actually skiing!) thanks everyone Caron |
