I have just been doing a little sewing repair to my snow boots which I bought about 16 years ago from C & A. This is the first repair I have ever had to do to them in all those years of not just ski trips, but dog walking and just general walking. I think I paid £9.99 for them.
Everything else bought about the same time has now either been passed on to someone else or gone beyond repair - as in the case of my husband's C & A snow boots which didn't survive the night toboggan run in Schladming! Has anyone else still got any C & A gear - or am I on my own here as no-one else would ever dream of buying their stuff in the first place :D |

I shall be the mad woman squealing with delight on the Cucumelle run :D Spose I might just go and start the packing! |

Having just returned from Scheffau, I have in my hand an up to date piste map for the area, on which are a couple of floodlit runs in Soll. However, in small print it says:-
Note - Night skiing in Soll and night tobogganning in Soll and Ellmau/Going are not included in any of the Skiwelt/Kitzbuhel/Tiroler Snow card prices. Individual rates apply. It doesn't seem to state anywhere what the price actually is I'm afraid. |

Many thanks for a wonderfully positive answer :D :D
I was dreading someone saying I should cancel immediately and go somewhere else! The hotel sounds quite luxurious with excellent food and a pool and sauna etc. Our friends did say we could bus to nearby ski areas - but I have never heard of any of them  |

Has anyone been to Waidring? We have just booked a trip to join friends out there, knowing virtually nothing about the place!
