Click the thumbnail, look at the picture and if you have the mouse over it you get some options at the top left. Click 'share'. The there will be 2 tabs, select 'Get Link Code'. Copy and paste the link for 'Clickable Thumbnail' under the ''IMG for bulletin boards & forums'' section. Paste it in to j2ski.
You could make them like this:

Ian, with Flickr (don't know about photobucket etc) you get 4 different size options of your image to look at in the .jpg format so you can pick the one you want to embed.

Trav wrote:Hey Ross,

What do you call getting there early and before the hoards? When do most people that are doing a season arrive?

Here in Oz people tend to arrive at the hill the night before. I don't know when they are trained though, we tend not to have much if any snow at opening though so maybe they do it then!

I figure you wouldn't want to get there more than a week before opening because there would be noone there to meet and rent a house with and most jobs would coincide with opening.

I didn't notice you had replied. Most people arrive around October/November time, those arriving in December have a smaller chance of getting somewhere to stay. I would go much more than a week before opening (just to be sure, you want as much of an advantage over other people as possible).
