I had to wear slippers to work, earlier this year when I had a bad toe. I did get some stange looks from colleagues. I didn't hide them from anyone, pink slippers and a suit...How embarassing but being able to say it was a skiing injury made it little easier.

Old people wear slipper all the time...... " don't they" :D
